Flash Assignment 1
1) Do a Flash animation which contains
- at least 4 instances of a symbol
- the symbol contains a shape tween
- each instance of the symbol looks different than the others in some way
- Although you are using animated symbols like in the falling snowflakes exercise,
make your animation look different (no falling snowflakes!).
- If appropriate for your animation, have the animation of your symbol begin
in a different frame (use the Property Inspector to set this)
2) Choose File>Publish Settings>HTML and uncheck the loop box. Then click
on Publish. Create an additional HTML file (you may do this in Notepad, Dreamweaver,
etc.) that describes the techniques you used in Part 1. While it's not necessary
to say click here and click there, try to be specific about what you did and
why. If you tried things and they didn't work, include these as well.
3) Modify your home page to include a link to the following:
- HTML file created by Flash described in #2
- Your HTML file which describes your techniques
- The .fla file created in Flash.
(4) FTP all five files to your website (these three files plus the .swf file plus your modified home page)
