Web Development Project

The project must have at least one of the following ASP database operations (these are in order of increasing difficulty):

and one of the following:

I would recommend that you make the project be about something you are interested in and where doing the things you elect to do via ASP makes sense. Please comment your code where you think it may not be clear to me (or clear to you at a later date). Try to fix errors in your code, but a satisfactory project can have errors.

The project is due at the conclusion of class on Friday, September 29, 2006. You will also do a short presentation to your classmates - presenting a project is good experience and it often surfaces errors that you will want to fix.

Please transfer your files to your webspace on www.billpegram.com providing a link to your project from your home page. Please put your database file in the database folder on www.billpegram.com that has been created for you (this way the permissions are set correctly). You may find it convenient to put all your project files in a folder, that way you can have the home page of your project be an index.html, .htm, or .asp file (the link from your home page then would be to the project folder). If you wish to in addition provide the files on a floppy or CD with printouts of the code, that would make giving you comments easier.
